Buyer Information

 Dues are Payable the first of each month. All late fees will apply. Buyers are responsible for paying dues and assuring that their properties are correctly listed with the property management company. Buyers must complete and deliver to the property manager a Buyer Registration sheet agreeing to all terms of their association’s legal documents.

Seller information

ACH dues cancelation notice must be sent 20 days prior to the first of the month in which the withdrawals are to end. It is the seller’s responsibility to notify us. Seller must pay the dues in full for the month in which they are closing.


There is a charge for condo questionnaires to be completed. Please email [email protected]  for information and the fee schedule. We do take credit card payments. The address in question must be on the questionnaire. Turnaround time is 3 days.


Affidavits can be emailed to [email protected]  . Charges apply; call or email for fee schedule. Once signed and notarized we will reply for pick up. Agents, please make sure buyers fill out Buyer Registration sheet. Affidavit requests must be submitted to Gulling Property Mmgt. one week prior to closing; otherwise our fee is doubled. Completed affidavits must be picked up in a timely manner. Affidavits must be picked up between 8:00am and 5:00pm NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
